Top Of The Rocks Gives Back

Just in time for the Olympics in London, Top Of The Rock restaurant at the Buttes Resort wants to raise money for a good cause. The restaurant’s Chef de Cuisine, Gavino Borquez , has crafted a special three course menu, where portions of the proceeds will go to the Special Olympics Arizona charity. The menu will be offered seven days a week the entire month of August for just $29.95 per plate.

  • First course: Crooked Farms Melon & Mexican Prawn Salad served with Crow’s Dairy Pepper Feta, Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette and Crystallized Ginger
  • Second Course: Roger’s Farm Pressed Chicken with Roasted Corn, Quinoa and Sausage Hash, Local Vegetables and Cranberry Chicken Jus
  • Third Course: Cookies & Milkshake. Buttes Signature Cookies with Local Goat Milkshake

The Special Olympics Arizona charity provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
