Anyone who’s driven past the car dealerships lining the Camelback Corridor lately has probably noticed an eye-grabbing new feature. And no, we’re not talking about the giant inflatable gorillas or the flashing Hail Sale signs. (Seriously, wasn’t that storm in September? Are they bringing in hail-damaged cars from other states?) Anywho, we’re talking about a certain can’t-miss red, white and blue salute to the good ol’ US of A.

Yes, the all-new Camelback Toyota at 16th St and Camelback recently unfurled the largest danged flag we’ve ever seen. So in honor of Veterans Day, we decided to call up General Manager, John O’Malley, and get the Scoop behind this $47,000 American-made masterpiece.

Pink House Turns 5

Our fav co-op style shop is turning five next week and they have quite the celebration in store! Located in in Downtown Glendale, the festivities will begin at Pink House Boutique Friday, November 19, at 5 pm and will party on ’til 9 pm. A gift bag will be given to the first 50 through the door and complimentary cocktails will be served all night (yes, free booze). Other events include a fashion show, trunk show featuring Sinfully Sweet by Lady Muerta, free make-up demos, a $50 gift card raffle, a live DJ and lots of free food, although we were sold at comped cocktails.
