Like to Eat at Home?

November 9, 2012 | 3:00 PM | Eat & Drink | By Maxfield Barker

Frequently we mention great places to grab some food in the Valley. Seldom do we mention cooking food at home. But alas you can learn how to cook (then eat) an excellent meal from your very own home. So if you’re tired of going out, keep on reading.

Chef Aaron Chamberlin of St. Francis will host his Eat From Home class tomorrow, November 10. From 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Chef Chamberlin will teach you how to set up your kitchen and pantry for success, give you tips for buying local and organic ingredients, and how to plan and prep for the week.
