One of the prominent bars in Phoenix, Merc Bar, will be taking to the sky on Thursday, November 1. Well, not really taking to the sky, by that we mean their introducing their Flight of the Cocktails.

Some of you may be asking, “DLT, what does that mean?” A flight refers to a small sampling of different drinks. Craft breweries often do this so people can sample a variety of their beer. Merc Bar’s Flight of the Cocktails will feature three cocktails made with your choice of either whiskey, tequila, or gin.
