Bacon & Brue Cheese Fondue
Baby Brie blended into a combination of creamy Gruyére and Emmenthaler cheeses with white wine, Nueske’s applewood smoked bacon, chopped onions, mustard and cracked black pepper topped with fresh scallions.
Strawberry Almond Salad
Sweet strawberries, honey roasted sliced almonds, and crumbled feta placed atop mixed greens and finished with Raspberry Black Walnut Vinaigrette.
White Chocolate Crème Brûlée
A fondue version of this classic French dessert including white chocolate and caramelized sugar!
