Warning Walk at First Friday

October 4, 2012 | 3:30 PM | Art & Entertainment | By Maxfield Barker

This Friday marks the first Friday of the month and you know what that means: First Friday. Our favorite gallery, Modified Arts, will be hosting a new exhibit by Heather Lembcke and Jen Urso.

Urso’s ”Warning Walk” invites you through downtown Phoenix. She wants to help you draw closer attention to the many signs and warnings around town and whether you agree or disagree with them. Urso’s exhibit at Modified, “Saying No,” symbolizes the importance and power of saying “yes” and “no” to the directions, people and influences in your life.

The exhibit will be showing through Oct. 13. We hope to see you there.
