P.F. Chang’s Introduces Pad Thai

October 4, 2012 | 2:00 PM | Eat & Drink | By Maxfield Barker

Pad Thai, it’s one of our favorite Thai dishes. We were excited to hear that P.F. Chang’s will be offering it. Starting yesterday, and for a limited time only, you can enjoy this delicious traditional dish, in celebration of National Noodle Day on Oct. 6.

With entrees starting at $12.95, for a limited time, you can order a sweet and savory combination of rice noodles, egg, tofu, bean sprouts, crushed peanuts, crispy shallots, cilantro and lime, topped with a choice of shrimp, chicken or a combination of both.

To go even further, Chang’s has recommended some great wines to go along with these noodle dishes. The Fillaboa Albarino offers layers of tropical fruit and crisp acidity, while the Garnet Pinot Noir provides lush fruit, spice and rich textures.

Remember folks, this is for a limited time, so head into your nearest P.F. Chang’s asap.
