On Thursday, September 20 get ready for the latest, socially-focuses neighborhood restaurant to hit DC Ranch. Market Street Kitchen will find its new outpost in the north Valley.
Award-winning chef Robert McGrath brings his signature western cooking to Market Street. He will be adding some twists and turns along the way, including including rotisserie meats, charcuterie and cheese. His partner in crime, chef de cuisine Matt Taylor will be handling day-to-day operations, like the thirteen-year veteran in the food industry he is. And last but not least, the Keeler Hospitality Group have teamed up with McGrath and Taylor to bring this awesome concept to life.
“Market Street Kitchen will offer rustic, American fare centered on wood-fired cooking techniques. The menu will focus on a selection of creative “small bites” appetizers, center of the plate proteins prepared on the natural wood broiler, pastas, hearty soups, creative salads, a signature burger, fresh seafood and wood-grilled vegetables.”
