The Weekender: Cinnamon Toast

September has finally come and pretty soon the temperature outside will start to drop (we’ve been counting down the days.) So since Fall is almost upon us, we thought it would be a good idea to start looking for some autumn inspired cocktails. Introducing Cinnamon Toast. There’s nothing like adding a little kick to your apple cider and with some cinnamon, the concoction sounds quite delicious. Let’s take a look at the recipe.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 ounce(s) Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
6 ounce(s) hot apple cider
1 tablespoon(s) sugar
1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon

Preparation:

It’s simple enough. Add hot apple cider and Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum to a glass rimmed with sugar and cinnamon. Now we just have to wait for the weather to cool down to enjoy this drink.
