A Tribute To Michael Clarke Duncan

September 4, 2012 | 12:00 PM | News | By Maxfield Barker

It was a sad Labor Day when we heard of the passing of Michael Clarke Duncan. Taken from us too soon, the Oscar-nominated actor was only 54 years old. Often referred to as a gentle giant, Duncan has starred in many movies. Some of our favorites include The Whole Nine Yards, Talladega Nights, and Armageddon. We must not forget his (arguably) most powerful role: John Coffey in The Green Mile. Here is a scene from is Oscar-nominated performance. (We’re sorry about tugging on your heart strings a little too hard.)
