Since we share your love for local real estate, we know you will be as excited as we were to hear that the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service has created a very unique version of a classic board game to commemorate its 30th anniversary.
Goodbye Monopoly, hello ARMLS-opoly!
A few of the key changes that make this board game clever: the names of the properties have been changed to reflect local cities (and prices accordingly), jail has been chanced to “Rules Class” and the utilities spaces are now realtor association groups.
The objective remains the same: the last player with the most properties and cash wins.
According to azcentral, the rules of the game reflect a more realistic interpretation of the current real estate market rather than the original Monopoly rules. Not to mention the game’s currency features Phoenix skyline.
