    It never ceases to amaze me the amount of people in the resturant service business on how their horrible attitie is, thier negative attitute, blatant lack of manners and overall rude behavior. So yes, look back on the orgin of the word “T.I.P.” and to NOT expect 18% or anywhere close beacause you think it’s law for customers to give.
