Who doesn’t love a little celebrity to go with their cocktails? We certainly do. That said, Seasons 52 recently partnered with Atlantico Rum and (their partner) recording artist and heartthrob, Enrique Iglesias, to feature exclusive summer cocktails, including the Watermelon Refresher.
Ingredients
2 oz. Atlantico Platino Rum
½ oz. fresh lime juice
¼ oz. Agave nectar
½ oz. Apple Pucker
3 pieces of watermelon (cut into 1 ½ x 1 ½ squares)
Preparation
1. Muddle watermelon in mixing glass.
2. Add lime juice, Agave nectar, Atlantico Platino rum and ice.
3. Shake and strain into an ice filled highball glass.
4. Garnish with a watermelon rind.
