What comes to mind when you think of summer? Is it catching some rays by the pool or going on extravagant vacations? For many of us it could mean something as simple as a great margarita. El Santo Cantina in Scottsdale will be introducing premium drinks and Baja inspired dishes later this month. Here is a sneak peek for you.
To kick it off right, El Santo will have a tasting party starting at 6pm on Thursday, June 21st. You can try several tasting plates of El Santo’s Baja inspired cuisine thoughtfully paired with 10 of El Santo’s specialty margaritas. Some of specialty margaritas include El Tigre, a refreshing combination of strawberries and jalapeños, and Cerveza Fantastico, which is mixed with Mexican beer.
El Santo will also serve such favorites as the Desert Tostada with Pulled Niemen Pork and Braised Pork Belly and the El Santo Lobster Flautas.
