Though its only been open since January, Cask 63 is developing quite the reputation. As this new Scottsdale restaurant prepares itself for the Valley’s brutal summer, it’s got some cool tricks up its sleeve. Starting in June, Cask 63 introduces its ICE menu. This pre-fix menu features food and drinks designed to keep the heat in the kitchen and not on you. Twenty-five dollars a person (not including tax and gratuity) is an easy price to pay to beat the heat. Let’s take a look at the menu.
