And so will guys too. What’s not to love at the new Arcadia eatery. Chick Rotisserie & Wine Bar, from the creators of The Grind, who kept us waiting for months and months, teasing us with rumored opening dates. Now, finally, Chick is open at 40th Street and Camelback for rotisserie chicken-loving foodies to dine in or take home. So here’s what I recommend to eat: Anything. Everything.

It was so good. Finger-lickin’ good, without the uncomfortableness of the Colonel’s face plastered everywhere. Specifically, I loved the Rotisserie Artichoke Appetizer with Gremolata and drawn butter. And, the fish cake over wilted spinach with bacon and corn. So good.

There’s plenty of filling entrees, whether you want something on the bone or off. I enjoyed the Organic Chicken Mesquite Brined Rotisserie Chicken. The family style price of $10, includes 2 sides and one dipping sauce. The family style portion was enough to feed this chick and my date, with the side of house roasted vegetables and whipped potato bar. All rich and delish. You pick your chick, you pick your dip and enjoy. Dipping options include: Honey Truffle, Jalapeno Cheese, Garlic Cream, True Jerk, Garlic Herb Gremolata and more.

Beyond chicken, the eatery is brimming with tempting eats that come off the bone: Pot Pie ($9), Chicken & Dumplings ($8), Organic Spinach Salad ($8) and of course, the dessert. Yes, even after the rich dinner, I had to go in on a Homemade Chick Cinnamon Bun ($5) with Saigon Cinnamon and Cream Cheese Icing. It was sooo good. It will be a perfect start to a weekend morning soon when Chick starts serving breakfast.

And what this chick really loved about Chick was the wine bar. A very fancy caske system behind the bar lets you taste with sips, half glasses and full glasses of your favorite wines. Impress your friends by touting your taste of the latest and greatest blend. Or mix and match half a glass of white with your chicken, and a red with your whipped potatoes. You can’t go wrong.
