The meal will feature dishes paired with a special wine, including the starter and dessert. Think seafood ceviche, pesto tenderloin roil and gold crab skewer with Cline Viognier, “Pig Pizza” with apple bacon, leeks, pancetta, brie and Andouille balsamic paired with “Cool Climate” Pinot Noir and ancho pork enchiladas with “Ancient Vine” Zinfandel.
