It has been a great week here at DLT and great week in the Valley. Let’s see what happened in this edition of the Weekly Wrap.

The Junior League of Phoenix Rummage Sale celebrated its 75th birthday Friday night. The Musical Instrument museum has unveiled its new exhibit, I Am AZ Music and will be open for the entire year. We previewed the Southwest Chapter of the International Interior Design Association’s 5th Annual Couture Event happening March 1 at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel.

Mia Francesca, the pioneer of the neighborhood trattoria and twenty-year-old Chicago institution, has opened in Scottsdale. Located on Market Street in DC Ranch. At DLT we love ourselves a margarita, so we put together the Rita on the Rocks: DLT’s Margarita Round-Up. With halibut season almost upon us, check out our In Season Recipe: Halibut with Macadamia Crust.

Calling all Phoenix chili experts! Cook your best chili ever and challenge cancer with Arizona non-profit Be There for BAG IT Chili Challenge to help put cancer in the bag, at 4 p.m. March 25 at the Arizona Biltmore. According to our Trend Report, neon is in, so if it isn’t neon it shouldn’t be on. Take a look at Hometown Low Down: This Week in Valley Media.

It’s been a busy week, have a stellar weekend!
