Calling all bargain hunters! The Junior League of Phoenix will celebrate their 75th Annual Rummage Sale from 8 a.m. 12 p.m for $5 admission and from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, February 25. With proceeds benefitting the community organizations like Kids in the Kitchen and ROCKETS (Raising Our Children’s Knowledge by Educating Through Science), shoppers will be able to hunt through gently-used or like-new items, including baby items, furniture, clothing, toys, art, collectibles, jewelry, electronics, sporting goods, designer handbags, house wares, home office supplies, store closeouts and much more. Not an early riser? You’re in luck: at 1 p.m., all items will be slashed 50% off.
Have plans that Saturday or just want to get a head start? Kick off your experience early at the Rummage Pre-Party from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday, February 24. The pre-party provides an exclusive opportunity to shop the rummage sale before the general public while enjoying a catered meal, silent auction, and fun. Tickets are limited and available here.
In addition to the rummage sale, JLP will once again partner with the Phoenix Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation to provide free mammograms at the rummage sale site to the first 40 uninsured and underinsured women who qualify. The mammograms, which begin at 8 a.m., will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Admission to the sale is $5; parking is $10.For more information, click here.
