In these lean times, we are often asked to do a lot with a little. The artists in economy of means distill the material stuff of our lives and create poetic sculptural work. They look to their materials to dictate form and function, demonstrating an honesty and humility in relationship to artistic media. The exhibition reveals the subtle ways in which our physical world enables us to remain connected and interdependent.
