Shed pounds fast, by freezing fat. That’s right, freezing it. With the Super Bowl right around the corner, we took a look at how to make your homegating party a success. The Arts of the Bachelor is back, with Nathan bringing us another snarky post. We clapped and cheered for Act One this week.
