Eat ‘Em Up, Cowboy

January 20, 2012 | 4:30 PM | Eat & Drink | By Maxfield Barker

Normally eating out of a cauldron sounds like something out of a fairytale or Disney movie but at Paradise Valley’s Lon’s at The Hermosa Inn, something delicious is brewing.

Every Sunday now through April FROM 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., Lon’s will host a Chuckwagon BBQ on one of the Valley’s largest and most scenic restaurant patios where you can eat like a cowboy. Including live music by Pioneer Pepperthe BBQ will feature a whole Berkshire suckling pig cooked impeccably over a “cowboy cauldron” along with a selection of other delightful edibles, prepared by the talented Chef Jeremy Pacheco. The Sunday dinners are $49 per cowboy or cowgirl. Add a draft beer flight for $9 with Four Peaks Pumpkin Porter, Phoenix Brewery Fretzy’s English Pale Ale and SanTan Brewery Epicenter. To make reservations call 602-955-7878.
