The Winter Chef Series Returns

The Winter Chef Series is back by Devour Phoenix and Phoenix Public Market. Beginning January 10, guests will be served three courses, each paired with a locally produced drink, while your favorite local chefs demo their dishes and share techniques and stories face to face. The two-hour demos will take place on Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons with an impressive lineup of local chefs. The Winter Chef Series is sponsored by Maya’s Farm, Hickman’s Family Farms, Royal Coffee Bar and Double Check Ranch to help promote awareness of locally sourced food items and how to integrate them into our own kitchens. Check the lineup of chefs and dates below:

January 10 at 6:00 p.m. – Elizabeth Meinz of Orange Table
January 17 at 6:00 p.m. – Jared Porter of Parlor Pizzeria
January 24 at 6:00 p.m. – Matt Taylor of noca
January 28th at 2:00 p.m. – Danielle Leoni of The Breadfruit
February 4 at 2:00 p.m. – Mark Tarbell of Tarbell’s
February 7 at 6:00 p.m. – Tracy Dempsey of Tracy Dempsey Originals
February 18 at 2:00 p.m. -  Jennifer Woods of Chow Bella & Crooked Sky Farms

The first menu of the event by Elizabeth Meinz of Orange Table features breakfast for dinner including Pancakes with a Savory Pan Syrup, Prosciutto Benedict, Ravioli with a Fresh Herbed Ricotta, Crispy Prosciutto, Eggs & Bacon Foam.
