New Music Monday: No Face

January 2, 2012 | 11:00 AM | Art & Entertainment | By Staff

We are easing you into the post-holiday work week with this new track by Karin Drejer-Andersson titled No Face. This track will be featured on the We Are the Works In Progress compilation CD, organized by Blonde Rehead to benefit Japanese tsunami victims. Pitchfork reporting this weekend that the scheduled release for the CD’s download will be January 10, with double LP coming February. You may know Drejer-Andersson from The Knife and Fever Ray, however, you many not know that this song with limited instruments and operatic vocals was originally written for a theatrical adaptation of Ingmar Bergman play The Wolf Hour.
