Wendy’s Hot ‘N Juicy Tour of America is stopping in Phoenix at CityScape Wednesday, November 30th to hand out over 1,500 free Hot ‘N Juicy Cheeseburgers with Frosty from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm. Burger tasters will also have a chance to win prizes and participate in interactive games.
