Now open across the pond, famed Chris Bianco of Pizzeria Bianco and Pane Bianco in Phoenix has opened “Union Jack’s” in London with British top chef Jamie Oliver. UJ focuses on pizza and flatbreads with a British twist stating on their website, “wood-fired flatbreads meet great British flavours. At Union Jacks, we want to take you on a journey of discovery through Britain and reintroduce you to familiar flavours, cooked and presented the Union Jacks way.”
