Even if you don’t even have small children, there is a good chance you will at least purchase one adorable item of clothing from Gwen Stefani’s  Harajuku Mini line for Target. Why? Because buying them will fill the tiny void that comes with wishing you were a) that small and b) that stylish. The good news is it will make a great gift for your favorite little ones and the great news is the whole line is Target cheap.  Be on the look out for tutus, blazers and lots of loud prints and layering you wish you could wear November 19th.
