120 Seconds: Sam Fox

On the clock today, Mr. Sam Fox, CEO of Fox Restaurant Concepts (you know, Culinary Dropout, Sauce, Bloom NoRTH, True Food Kitchen, the list goes on) chiming in on football in honor of the Valley’s 2015 Super Bowl victory as well as food.

Today, Sam Fox announcing his partnership with Ashly Young, owner of Chloe’s Corner at Kierland Commons, to open Chloe’s Corner at downtown’s CityScape, where Oakville Grocery is.

So here’s how this works, we start the clock and rapid fire some questions to you, you answer them and bam, we post them up on the interwebs for the world to see and share.  Let’s begin:

SF: Gilligans Bar & Grill Tucson in 1993.

What’s your all-time favorite dish from any of your restaurants?

Iced tea with lemon.

If you weren’t a restaurateur, what would you be?
An architect.

What is Phoenix missing?
An ocean.

If you wanted a taco, where would you go?
Blanco Tacos & Tequila.

Mild or Spicy?
Mildly spicy.

What’s your favorite city outside of Phoenix?
New York.

Where would you like to go that you have yet to visit?
Cape Cod.

Are you a Cardinals fan?
Yes.

Do you think the Cardinals have a chance to make it to the 2015 Super Bowl?
