Fallin’ For Polish

Although the feeling of fall won’t reach us until early November, there is no reason why we can’t lacquer our nails with trendy fall colors. With all the dark and drab of last fall, we’re excited to see silvery metallics, “greige,” matte and other fun hues to match the falling leaves that we don’t always get to enjoy in the desert. Our fall picks after the jump.

As if we couldn’t get enough of those krazy Kardashians, the sisterly trio takes part in launching their Kolors line with Nicole by OPI. Don’t be hesitant with another celebrity endorsed product as shades of trendy pinks, reds, blues and even some sparkle will surely hit the style mark this fall.

Want more great quality OPI products? The health conscious line has come to our nail rescue with a fall line of 12 shades. The new line, “Touring America,” will include ProWide™ Brush, an exclusive brush for the ultimate and the best application and boasts soft and subdued shades, along with brighter melons and pinks. Also launching in fall is their pageant inspired selection of four colors for a limited-edition Miss Universe-themed polish, complete with sparkles of course.

Want to take a darker and sensual avenue to the fall polish? Deborah Lippmann’s three new shades are just what the changing seasons needed. Don’t worry though, they will still be attention grabbers  but with deeper, shady hues like a hunter green called Billionaire, a reflective rust called Brick House, and a dusky red cream called Single Ladies.

However, with all these polishes must come some heavy metal. Chanel’s much anticipated fall line is finally available. What to expect? Well metallics of course. But it doesn’t stop there, the three shade line will include an upgraded greige with more shimmer and shine, a spectacular graphite shade that will turn heads, and an eye-catching gold-green shade.

For a cheap thrill try Sally Hansen nail polish. We recommend Flirt for a deep sensual red feeling, Black Platinum for a darker emerald green, or Gray by Gray for a fall appropriate color with a little shimmer.
