The Weekender: Red Dragon Mojito

Eddie V's Red Dragon MojitoIf this Dragon’s bite is equivalent to it’s bark (roar?) … it’s gonna be a good weekend. Conjure up one of these at home, or unleash the Red Dragon in it’s natural enviornment at Eddie V’s in Scottsdale.

Ingredients:

1 oz BACARDI Dragonberry Rum
4 Fresh Strawberries (muddled)
1 oz Vanilla
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
Splash of soda water
1 T of Fresh Mint leaves

Prep:
Muddle aggressively in a cocktail tin: rum, strawberries, mint leaves, lemon juice and half the total amount of ice. Pour contents of tin in a 17 oz cooler glass, fill remainder of glass with ice, and top with soda water. Garnish with a strawberry and mint leaves.
