Now doesn’t that look delicious? The Blueberry Lemonade from J&G Steakhouse is the epitome of a refreshing summer beverage. Even better? You can enjoy it from their patio at the Phoenician with epic views of the Valley’s firework displays. Or you can make it at home, but that’s no where near as cool (pun intended).
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Ketel One Citroen Vodka
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
10 Blueberries
2 oz Sprite
Prep:
Press blueberries and simple syrup in a tall glass. Combine lemon juice and vodka in a cocktail shaker. Shake, pour over ice into glass with pressed blueberries and top with Sprite.
