Lon’s At The Hermosa Inn is hosting two Beer Dinners this summer for all the beer enthusiasts out there who think just drinking it is just not enough. On June 30th Chef Jeremy Pacheco will prepare a beer inspired four course meal paired with beers from Sonoran Brewing Company. How about some beer battered squash with ricotta and tomato puree?
