Join the happy and talented Chef Wiley as he welcomes his buddy Mark Lyon, the winemaker for Sebastiani Vineyards, for a special wine paired dinner in Cafe ZuZu on June 13 at 6:30pm. Check out the menu:
1) Copper River Salmon w/ grilled summer corn grits, red pepper confit
2) Duck Salad w/ tomato, tepary beans, pancetta, basil
3) Braised Kobe Beef Short Rib w/ roasted orange-scented fennel, baby turnips, shiitake mushroom stew
4) Chocolate Halvah Terrine w/ vanilla bean cream
Of course, Sebastiani wines will be paired with each course. The dinner costs $52 per person (++). Call 480-421-7997 to make reservations. Of course, don’t ask Wiley how much he loves his life. You’ll just get pissed off.
