Osama Bin Laden, the murderous terrorist mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks on America, has been killed following a firefight with US forces. A lead about his whereabouts apparently surfaced last August, and he was eventually tracked to a compound deep inside neighboring Pakistan. And just last week, the intelligence was considered firm enough to send troops/covert operatives in to search the area.

And sometime over the past few days Bin Laden was killed in a battle with the American troops and his body has been reportedly returned to a US base in Afghanistan and was positively identified through DNA.

President Obama, who just spoke to American people, said simply, “Justice has been done.”
