Well, we’re not sure either, but that hasn’t stopped from ordering this awesome-sounding Sriracha Cookbook. Featuring recipes such as Honey-Sriracha Glazed Buffalo Wings, Bacon-Sriracha Cornbread, and the Mexico-meets-Asia Srirachelada, we just can’t get enough of this addictively spicy, garlicky chile sauce.
