We’ve got something fun today, loyal DLT readers. Do you love your home? Like really love it, like stop-strangers-on-the-street-to-show-them-pictures-of-your-remodeled-living-room love it? Well, then have we got a cool contest for you. Believe it or not, but Desert Living Today is turning one-year-old, and we’re celebrating with a blowout shindig in Scottsdale. (Don’t worry, we’ll be inviting a select number of readers to enjoy this food- and booze-filled fête starting next week.) And to celebrate, we’re holding a contest to find the hippest home in the Valley.

No matter if you’re a professional interior designer, or just an armchair architect with a killer sense of style, we want to take a peek inside your picture-perfect abode. All entries will be judged by a panel of home and decor experts, and the winner, who will receive an automatic invite to the party, will be revealed at our anniversary event hosted inside the super-chic Design Within Reach showroom in Scottsdale. Even cooler, the winning home will be splashed across the (virtual) pages of Desert Living Today. So from now until the end of time, when you are dragging friends and family on yet another tour of your home, you can impress them by announcing, “As seen on Desert Living Today.”

All entries must include contact info (email and phone number), as well as a minimum of five digital photographs measuring at least 1,000 by 600 pixels. Entries must be received by Friday, April 29 at 5 pm. The winner will be notified on Monday, May 2 and will receive an invite (plus guest) to the event on Tuesday May, 3. Contestants are responsible for securing all reprint rights to any images. To enter, email us the images, as well as a brief (150 word) description of your home, including any relevant details/credit info.
