Farm-Fresh Markets in Full Bloom

As we finally warm up from the Valley’s deep freeze, it’s the perfect time to get out and enjoy the bumper crop of farmer’s markets that have sprung up all over town in the past few years. (That said, don’t under estimate the longtime classic that is the Vincent’s Camelback Market, pictured at left)

Ahwatukee Farmer’s Market, Phoenix
Year-round

Mill Avenue Farmers Market, Tempe

    What about the downtown Phoenix market? And Roadrunner will be 8am – 1pm starting this weekend.

    [...] Farmer’s market-ed out yet? Good, us neither (obviously). The bi-weekly downtown Phoenix Public Market has, as you may know, expanded into an indoor Urban Grocery and Wine Bar. Don’t worry, the open air market still takes place Wednesdays and Saturdays, but the newer Grocery and Wine Bar offers a market experience five days a week. It gets better, as of August they are offering a CSM (Community Supported Market) card that shoppers are able to purchase online or in store to get an even bigger bang for their buck.
