A convicted killer who escaped from a minimum-security prison near Kingman, AZ told police he planned to overdose on heroin at Yellowstone National Park and then get eaten by bears. Wait what? That’s crazy. A convicted killer is being held in a minimum security prison?!?
But back to the bear plan, Tracy Province (pictured) told a Mohave County sheriff’ that he didn’t follow through because of “divine intervention and because Yellowstone was too cold.” Um, OK. He was eventually captured in Wyoming after 10 days on the lam.
