We knew it! Turns out this prime location will be turned into a new restaurant by a famed Valley food-dude. Check today’s Scoop Factory for all the savory deets!

So this is a picture of the now-former car wash at 40th Street and Camelback. Positioned on the Arcadia/PV border, it’s in the heart of the always-hopping LGO/Postino/Vig/The Grind restaurant row. Plus it features million dollar views of Camelback. All of which makes us wonder if this isn’t going to be a chic new eatery. We’re burning up the phone lines to see what we can confirm, but we wanted to throw it out there. Anybody got the inside Scoop?

   It has to be someone willing to invest big money and build ground up. That stretch on Camelback bet/ 24th and 40th is heating up nicely.
