Wanna Work for an Arrogant Butcher?

Now, normally we don’t write about simple job listings. A certain schlumpy guy named Craig seems to have that sewn up. But this is pretty cool. In case you don’t stalk local food blogs like we do, famed Scottsdale restaurateur, Sam Fox has finally revealed the name of his high-end chophouse coming next month to CityScape in Downtown Phoenix. Named The Arrogant Butcher (awesome name, Sam), the real surprise is that it will not be a ritzy steakhouse (a la Modern Steak), but a more casual “urban grill,” (whatever that is) with entrees priced from $14 to $34.

Scheduled to open on Wednesday, Feb. 23., they are hosting a job fair for “Exceptional People” today through Friday. And since reading DLT automatically makes you exceptional, we’ve got a good feeling about your chances.
