Before you schedule any weekend brunch dates, Roaring Fork and the Sanctuary on Camelback have given their weekend menus a makeover. Check out the new additions and pricing after the jump.
Last Sunday, Roaring Fork launched its $19 brunch from 10 am to 2 pm that will continue on to include all Sundays through Mother’s Day. The buffet style menu will include items like the Sticky Cinnamon Buns (pictured at left), Classic Eggs Benedict, Biscuits and Sausage Gravy (yum!), Scalloped potatoes and roasted chilies, Green Chile cheese grits with cheddar and bacon, fruit tarts and the list goes on. Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s will also be available for a cool $5 a piece throughout brunch to nurse that hangover.
Across town at the stylish Sanctuary Resort, celeb chef Beau MacMillan has also added on a new Seasonal Chef’s Buffet available Sundays for $35 or $25 with an a la carte entrée. Featuring a waffle station, house cured salmon, Chef Beau MacMillan’s hummus and spreads and a dessert buffet as well as new entrées to be available both Saturday and Sunday. Some of these are the Red Velvet Pancakes with white chocolate sauce and razz cherries (sold!), Chef MacMillan’s Zucchini Five Spice French Toast and Barbeque Shrimp & Aged Cheddar Grits.
