Your Daily Oktoberfest Update

September 23, 2010 | 10:25 AM | Events | By Lacee Wentworth

As we count down to the 200th anniversary of the original Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany, DLT will be offering daily deets on the various Valley beer fests. Yesterday we served up ales on rails. Today, we say why wait for October when you can celebrate Oktoberfest in September at the SanTan Brewing Company?

On Saturday, September 25, SanTan Brewing Company hosts its third annual Oktoberfest in historic Downtown Chandler. Held in Bavarian-style beer gardens outside the Brewery, enjoy live polka music from 2-6 pm, as well as a beer olympics, including keg stacking, tricycle races and (our fav) a bratwurst eating contest. Ladies, a $2,500 prize will be given out to the hottest beer maiden costume, so come dressed to impress. Admission is only $10, tix can be purchased here.
