Arizona’s premier culinary event is back just in time for Labor Day weekend. Phoenix Cooks! will be held at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort this Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm with 100 percent of the profits benefiting Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Foodies and aspiring chefs will not want to miss this interactive event brimming with at-home cooking demos led by the Valley’s top culinary wizards. At the 2010 Phoenix Cooks!, you can shop (for the ultimate cooking gadgets), sip and sample while you take notes on how to pair your favorite dishes with your favorite beer and wines. Also learn the secret recipes and how to create dishes from some of the Valley’s top restaurants. This chef showcase will feature some of the most unique restaurants and nationally recognized cooks from the Valley.
