Did you know that the Old Pueblo is home to one of the nation’s most cutting-edge art galleries and photography museums? Check it out for yourself as Tucson’s Center for Creative Photography hosts The Edge of Vision: Abstraction in Contemporary Photography exhibit starting on September 4.
Hosted on the red brick-lined campus of The University of Arizona, the Center for Creative Photography will be showcasing the works of 20+ contemporary photographers whose practices are based in some form of abstraction. Three dates to keep in mind for the event:
September 10th: 5 pm

Artist’s Talk
Exhibitor, Chris McCaw, will discuss his works including Sunburned, where photographic paper is deliberately exposed to light over long periods of time to encourage burning
November 4th: 5:30 pm
Artist’s Talk
Exhibitor, Barbara Kasten, will discuss her works that explore the interplay between light and form.
