If you love chocolate as much as we do, fuel your addiction with a weekly Saturday class, “A Chocolate Affair.” Offered by the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort‘s award-winning pastry chef, Kaushik Chowdhury, for a mere $25 guests will learn every mouthwatering detail about selecting and cooking with this magical bean.

Attendees will be educated on the production of chocolate, tempering chocolates and the five-sense test (but let’s be serious, taste is all you really need). Conveniently beginning an hour after this class ends at noon, another begins, teaching attendees about pairing cocktails with chocolates. What more could you ask for?
