Like we always say, we don’t really do politics here at DLT. Unless a local politician sticks his foot in his mouth, or a popular member of our fav team plays in a charity basketball game organized by the President of the United States.
Yes, Grant Hill was one of more than a dozen NBA stars who descended upon Washington, D.C. this weekend for a “presidential pickup game in front of wounded veterans and participants in a White House mentoring program,” the Washington Post reports. After the game, Hill joined fellow all-stars such as Magic Johnson and LeBron James for a BBQ on the White House lawn, where guests dined on shirmp harvested from the Gulf of Mexico. No word on whether BP supplied the fuel for the grills.
