Nobuo at Teeter House

August 3, 2010 | 4:04 PM | Restaurants | By Meghan Luther

Big foodie news! Chef Nobuo Fukuda’s new restaurant is open for business. Nubuo, formerly of  Sea Saw, is now side-by-side with fellow James Beard Award-winner, Chris Bianco. Well, actually just a few steps away inside Phoenix’s Heritage Square. Slideshow after the jump.

It looks as if Heritage Square is Phoenix’s first fine food mecca with its refined, Japanese addition of Nobuo at Teeter House - directly across the pedestrian-only street from the Pizzeria Bianco and Bar Bianco. Perhaps the corner of 6th and Adams will be more epic than the bustling corner of 40th and Campbell. You be the judge. Oh, and hear more from Nobuo himself in today’s Scoop Factory.
