Big foodie news! Chef Nobuo Fukuda’s new restaurant is open for business. Nubuo, formerly of  Sea Saw, is now side-by-side with fellow James Beard Award-winner, Chris Bianco. Well, actually just a few steps away inside Phoenix’s Heritage Square. Slideshow after the jump.

It looks as if Heritage Square is Phoenix’s first fine food mecca with its refined, Japanese addition of Nobuo at Teeter House - directly across the pedestrian-only street from the Pizzeria Bianco and Bar Bianco.
