DIY Friday: Chanel Nouvelle Vague

Fact: 2010 is all about turquoise (according to Pantone)! Fact: Chanel‘s latest nail lacquer, “Nouvelle Vague,” is somewhere between a beaming turquoise and faded teal. Fact: Inspired by Pantone and Chanel, Nylon Mag has put their color mixing skills to the test to create a budget-friendly duplicate. Fact: We’re obsessed.

Directions: Mix six parts of an opaque white polish, with three parts of Sally Hansen’s Insta-Dri in “Brisk Blue,” and one part of a forest green polish (try Wet ‘n Wild Crave Nail Color in “Morbid”). Let us know how it goes!
