Today’s Object of Desire: Great Gatsby Video Game

Great GatsbySecond best to wearing the cover on your T-shirt, is the Great Gatsby Video Game. Despite hitting the nerdy trifecta of the words “video”, “game” and “books,” this surprisingly-fun game allows you to join Nick, Jay and Daisy in all their bootlegging, gin-drinking, adulterous shenanigans.

In short, this game brings the classic novel to life in a more realistic and entertaining way then the crappy 1949, 1974, and 2000 theatrical versions, while also finishing what Vincent Chase and Martin Scorsese left us begging for (dammit Entourage!). Here’s a hint before you start playing: “A single green light, minute and faraway, that might have been the end of a dock.” That is, if you can figure it out.

Dance the Charleston (purchase the game) here.
