With the summer swelter in the near future we’re thinking (hoping) that the 112+ days will be somewhat bearable with this refreshing treat. Made with NUVO, a new liqueur made with vodka, French sparkling wine and fruit nectar, let’s cheers to the hottest time of the year. Now go take a cold shower.

Ingredients
4 oz NUVO (Available at BevMo and most other liquor stores)
1 1/2 oz Gin
Muddled cucumbers, lime and mint

Prep
Mix the NUVO sparkling Liqueur and your gin of choice together. Add the cucumbers, lime and mint. Serve in a highball glass, garnish with mint and enjoy.
